TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership

Membership costs a one-off, voluntary £1 contribution. Membership entitles you to post pointless messages on the site, subject to moderation and these terms.

Membership includes one free Wall post every seven days from your membership anniversary; unused weekly posts do not roll over. Once used, each additional Wall post costs £1. Rejected posts restore the posting allowance or additional-post access used for them. Additional posts cannot be bought with Wall Credits.

Free promotional Wall Credits earned through club activities expire seven days after each award. They cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, goods or anything of monetary value.

2. No prize, product or return

The £1 is not an investment, a gambling stake, a lottery or competition entry, a donation to charity, or the purchase of any prize, product or service. There is no financial return and nothing of monetary value is provided.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, and at least 18 to view or post in 18+ categories. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Your content

You are responsible for what you post. You must follow our Community Guidelines. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your message on the site. You retain ownership.

5. Moderation and removal

We may reject, edit the visibility of, hide or delete any message, and suspend or ban any account, at our discretion and without refund.

6. Availability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
