What we collect

• Your display name and any messages you submit
• Payment records (transaction reference, amount, status) — we never see or store card details

What is public

Only your approved messages, your chosen display name (or "Anonymous") and your member number are shown publicly. Your email, date of birth and payment details are never shown.

Why we process it

To provide membership (contract), to keep the site safe and moderated (legitimate interests), and to meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations (legal obligation).

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe on their own secure infrastructure. Card details never reach our servers.

Retention

Account and message data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as required for financial and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. Contact us via the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
